The apartment house MUCHOVO NÁMESTIE on the square of the same name in Petržalka provides community housing, which at first glance impresses with its original architecture. The nine-floor object, with two underground floors, is divided into two spatial masses. The project offered 112 flats and 13 apartments. On the ground floor, there are located attractive premises for services and civic amenities. The perimeter is complemented by raised balconies and recessed loggias- creating a playful and sympathetic architectural impression. The square was named after the most important personality of European Art Nouveau, Alfonso Mucha. Just as Art Nouveau laid the foundations of modern art 20. since the beginning of the 20th century, we have also implemented a project with a new modern perspective on life, housing, and community coexistence.
