The Nové Šuty residential zone offers its residents a peaceful environment, with the quality of rural living in excellent contact with the city. We intended to create comfortable private housing adapted to the scale of the countryside in the city. This goal was subordinated to the urbanism of the zone, as well as the architectural concept of the objects. The concept creates several forms of intracluster with a lot of greenery. The system of calm communication increases the intimacy of individual blocks. The height of the individual houses is two above-ground floors, meaning- two above-ground floors and an attic. The architectural design of the zone combines elements of modern and classical architecture – using formative elements and specific materials.
